Alternatives to Camping Activities

Ifyou have been on the road and engaged in your own camping activitiesfor some days or weeks it is sometimes great just to be able to enjoy alocal experience and take a tour. Yes I know it all sounds rathermundane and perhaps it is the very thing you are trying to avoid!However local operators can often provide additional insight into thearea and take you places you mightn’t ordinarily have accessto.

Granted these trips can be on the expensive side, but not all are andat least you don’t have to organise it all.

Some of the following tours we have taken were absolutelywonderful… some not so good.  To give you some ideaabout our opinion we have a simple ranking system. The more stars thebetter, with 5 stars being fantastic.
